This extensive R&D knowledge allowed Pirelli to create a ternary polymer blend with "intelligent" performance features for bicycle tires as the basis of the exceptional properties of the SmartEVO compound, resulting in better dry and wet grip while also providing lower rolling resistance. Pirelli has created a high-performance compound designed and tuned for all modern road cycling disciplines, from local races or World Tour to epic adventures, where climate and road surfaces demand high-performance tires in every circumstance.
