The new wider rims, paired with 28 mm tires, offer a high-performance combination without compromise, where aerodynamic penetration, rolling resistance, and comfort find their best expression. 
The rim is made using resins and fibers developed specifically by Fulcrum where, unlike previous versions, the Speed Combo 42/57 uses a new composite mix of unidirectional high modulus FF100 fibers. Thanks to numerous experiments, the perfect fiber mix has been achieved, which combined with the correct positioning and precise resin control, results in a product that works within the correct elastic range, ensuring top-class performance characteristics and a superior riding feel.
