Fort Ready Tubeless Tire, preemptively made resistant to liquid leaks thanks to Vredestein Tire Sealant, a special liquid latex.
This combination offers 3 main advantages: the tire can be used at a lower air pressure, providing greater comfort and grip; since there is no inner tube, rolling resistance is substantially reduced (most rolling resistance is generated by friction between the tire and inner tube) and weight is saved per wheel; the tire is more resistant to leaks because the Vredestein sealant neutralizes any punctures caused, for example, by stones or skids.
The new Butyl Shield technology applied protects the 120 TPI casing and extends the tire's lifespan. At the same time, the stiffer bead profile ensures both proper liquid retention and precise feedback.
This makes the Tubeless Fortress Ready suitable for the maximum braking force of disc brakes.
