• Buoyancy, Trim and Propulsion: master neutral buoyancy, horizontal trim, and efficient finning techniques to become a more confident and environmentally aware diver

What do I need to start?

You must be 15 years or older and hold a PADI Open Water certification (or a qualifying certification from another organisation). Exception: a Rescue Diver certification should be achieved before taking the Rescue Skills workshop.

Before any in-water activity, please check the Medical Form to see whether you will need a doctor's approval of fitness to dive.
