The dumbbell bar is built from heavy duty stainless steel, ideal for use with adjustable and interchangeable solid cast iron weight plates and built to withstand repetitive usage.

The 18" dumbbell bars are designed for use with 1 inch (25mm) weight plates.

The 1-inch dumbbell bars come equipped with cambered handle grips to provide a greater level of grip to help improve control during heavy lifting and bicep curl movements.

Each 1 inch dumbbell bar comes fully equipped with 2x chrome metal spinlock collars to lock cast iron weight discs in place. Each collar is designed with a non-slip rubberised rim for increased grip and security.
