The changes produced by the technological revolution have drawn attention to digital training, not only in relation to production and the company, but also for workers themselves as a personal and professional improvement. Training therefore becomes an absolute protagonist in a digital economy, being more necessary than ever to access employment, to maintain it, to improve it and progress in it, and even to recover it if lost. Talent becomes a tangible value that must be nurtured and that is developed by cultivating the knowledge acquired through training. A trained worker has more possibilities to better exercise their rights and their autonomy as a person.
