Up for sale is an authentic, vintage 1974 7-Up returnable soda bottle carrier case. 

This is the heavy-duty, weather-resistant coated cardboard version designed by the Mead Corporation to transport large family-size glass soda bottles. 

Condition Details

Cardboard Body: In great, structurally sound condition. The thick, plastic-coated cardboard remains stiff, sturdy, and rigid. It has not collapsed, softened, or suffered water rotting.

Graphics: The iconic red and white "7Up / SEVEN-UP" logo printed on the front is bold, bright, and highly visible.

Hardware: The original galvanized steel wire frame and carry handles are firmly intact with no structural breaks.

Wear: Shows honest, light cosmetic wear, minor surface scuffs, and base discoloration consistent with authentic delivery route use in the 1970s

The bottom retains clear red factory printing, reading: "5-74 PATENT NO 3,727,824" alongside the original Mead assembly instructions and Michigan plant origin stamp.
