Pot with low walls, suitable for frying, braising and baking. Made of aluminium, which is an excellent heat conductor. Rapid and even temperature distribution is also ensured by a special 9-10 cm thick thermal base. The heat is spread on the bottom and walls of the vessel, which promotes even cooking of food. In addition, it shortens the preparation time, thanks to which it allows you to keep more nutrients. The surface is covered with Lotan® non-stick coating. It prevents food from sticking to the surface and makes it easier to clean afterwards.
