Tanzania Peaberry is a coffee bean where there is only one seed in the coffee fruit. Some say that this prized bean has a more intense flavor because the plant focuses on just one seed instead of two seeds.

To me, this coffee is bright with an excellent acidic flavor that hits the back sides of the tongue, notes of chocolate and a fruity with some floral aromas. Some say dark fruits, but I want to say a light sorghum flavor. Try it for yourself and give some feedback.
