The Marcel wood-fired oven is the ideal way to authentically cook pizza, and bread, as well as grilled or smoked meat and fish in the beautiful open air. Perfect for garden parties, outside events and all outdoor cooking enthusiasts.

Easy to transport and simple to use thanks to its rear combustion and its patented flame block valve system. Recommended fuel wood logs, pellets or coal.

 Pizza, grills (450 to 500°C), bread, meats, vegetables; stewed dishes, and pastries (150 to 250°C). Professional quality, it is easy to use and easy to heat up (20 minutes for a temperature rise to 500°C). The Marcel oven also allows cold smoking.

With its complete stainless steel structure, ceramic fibre interior insulation and a professional probe thermometer, MARCEL is designed to offer restaurant-quality cooking. The eyecup also allows you to monitor cooking without opening the door to maintain a constant temperature and achieve perfect cooking results every time.

Self-cleaning by pyrolysis (+500°C), and cleaning of the bottom with a metallic brush.
