'Finally, there is a Meursault! Purchased as freshly pressed juice, this comes from various parcels. It is very common to buy the whites as juice. The advantage is I get a blend of parcels rather than just one which can make a more complex and interesting wine. Fermented and aged in French oak of various sizes. This wine shows the richness of the vintage and has a lovely edge of toasted almonds which I often associate with Meursault. This is not shy on any fronts. Ripe stone fruit, hints of toast which a rich, long, generous palate.'
