The MVI69-PDPS (MVI69-PDPS) is a specialized backplane-compatible communication interface designed by ProSoft Technology for the Allen-Bradley CompactLogix™ platform. This module allows a Rockwell Automation processor to function as a slave station on a Profibus DP network. It is an essential component for hybrid control architectures, enabling seamless data exchange between CompactLogix systems and Profibus-based Masters, such as Siemens S7 PLCs or various Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
