Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and becomes void upon resale, transfer of ownership, or use by another individual. NOVA warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the following periods:

• Metal Frame: Limited Lifetime Warranty
• Hand Brake: 5-Year Limited Warranty (Plastic Handle & Cable)
• Non-Metal/Metal Parts: 1-Year Limited Warranty (Wheels, Hand Grips, Rubber Tips, Cable Covers, and Hardware)

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• User negligence, misuse, or failure to follow product instructions
• Normal wear and tear
• Products modified or abused without prior written authorization

Warranty Service

For warranty service, contact the dealer from whom you purchased your NOVA product. If you do not receive satisfactory service, call NOVA directly at the number provided below. Please be prepared to provide:

• Nature of the defect
• Product serial number
• Dealer name and location
• Proof of purchase (receipt)

Important: Do not return any product to NOVA without prior consent.

Limitations and Remedies

Repair or replacement is the sole remedy under this limited warranty. Labor and shipping charges related to part installation or product repair are not covered.

This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other express or implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. NOVA shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.
