E-400 Selenium provides selenium and natural-source  vitamin E, antioxidants that work closely together to help protect tissues from damage caused by free radicals. Ingredients: Dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, silica, stearic acid (vegetable), magnesium stearate (vegetable), croscarmellose sodium, and coating (hypromellose, medium chain  triglycerides , and hydroxypropylcellulose).
