This is Hydrastar part number 381-7073 CAM, the electric control adapter module for Gen 6 (2 wire) Hydrastar electric over hydraulic units. This Adapter for Hydrastar electric over hydraulic units allows for the proper communication between the trucks brake controller and the hydrastar braking system. Unfortunately, not all factory or aftermarket brake controllers have the technology to communicate with an electric over hydraulic trailer braking system. To solve this communication error, installing the controller adapter module will transmit the signal from the truck to the trailer with efficiency, allowing the braking performance to remain un affected. This Module features a 2 Wire, easy to install function, with mounting holes for the tongue of your boat or hauling trailer.
