Once purchased you will be sent an email with a questionnaire for you to fill out and send back to me. This questionnaire will really help me come up with the most effective personalized plan to fit your schedule and goals. So be honest and up front. 

From there I will begin working on your plan based on the information given to me. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for me to assess your information and put together your base plan.
