The handlebar adjusts from upright to all the way forward

Our designers developed a lightweight rollator walker with different levels of support. When the handlebar is all the way up, it offers light support and the possibility to steer it with one hand. If the handlebar is placed all the way forward, it offers maximum stability.

There are even a couple of other possibilities in between - just choose what suits you best on a given day and situation. Rollz Flex is as flexible as its name suggests.

Warranty

Warranty Information for Rollz Products

If you experience any issues with your Rollz product within two years of purchase, please contact your supplier immediately. They will work with us to find a solution as quickly as possible. The following warranty provisions apply:

Warranty Coverage

1. General Warranty Period:

• The warranty for the first owner is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.

2. Frame Warranty:

• A five-year warranty covers material and construction defects of the frame under normal use and maintenance.

3. Repair Rights:

• The warranty provides the right to repair, not to exchange or return the product.

4. Repair Process:

• The customer is responsible for transporting the product to and from the supplier where it was purchased.

• The supplier will coordinate the repair with Rollz.

5. Warranty Claims:

• To make a warranty claim, the customer must provide the supplier with:

• A copy of the purchase receipt with the date of purchase.

• A clear description of the issue.

• The defective product.

6. Transport Costs:

• Rollz covers transport costs and risk for shipping the product between the supplier and Rollz if the repair falls under the warranty.

7. Warranty Duration:

• Repairs do not extend the original warranty period.

8. Non-Transferable Warranty:

• The warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable.

9. Legal Rights:

• This warranty does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.

10. Specific Warranty Periods for Rollz Motion Rhythm:

• Rhythm Module: 24 months.

• Handles with Vibrating Parts: 12 months.

• Battery: 12 months.

• Accessories for Rollz Motion and Rollz Flex: 6 months.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following situations:

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs made without prior written approval from Rollz or the supplier.

• Defects caused by neglect, accidents, improper use, or maintenance contrary to the manual.

• Damage to or removal of the serial number.

• Normal wear and tear.

Repairs Outside the Warranty Period

Repairs can still be arranged after the warranty period expires, with costs reimbursed by the customer. Contact your supplier for assistance.
