The Manfrotto 055MF4 Magfiber is a sturdy carbon fibre and magnesium alloy tripod (hence "magfiber") that can hold almost any reasonably-sized camera, give or take, up to 3kg (though Manfrotto tends to be pretty conservative with load specs). Lighter than a full aluminum tripod, with all the 055 niceties, like replaceable parts and a centre column that can be re-positioned horizontally for copystand work.
