The Formax FD 262 Single Head Tabbing System is the quick, dependable way to apply tabs to folded mail. With "crash tab" technology, an adhesive tab is affixed to the open edge of a mailpiece and then travels through the rollers of the FD 262 to be folded and sealed and made ready for mailing. The FD 262 can tab up to 12,000 pieces per hour (8 1/2" tri-folds). The smart, efficient design of the FD 262 features an integrated bottom feeder and a built in waste take-up spool for continuous operation and less downtime. There is also a 5-digit LCD resettable counter and tab sensitivity control. It can handle media up to 17" wide and mail can fed through in several different directions to allow tabs to be applied in various locations.
