ST Series Salt Water Spray Test Chamber
Variations Testing Conditions:
SST Series: NSS (neutral), ASS (acidic), CASS (copper accelerated)
ST Series: Applicable only to neutral and acidic salt spray tests
Description
Salt spray is one of the "three-proofing" test equipment in the artificial climate environment. It tests the corrosion resistance of products for various materials, including surface treatments such as coating, electroplating, anodizing, spraying, and rust-proof oil. It can also be used to compare the process quality of similar protective layers and products.
Highlights
Durable Construction: Made of imported PP rigid plastic plates, ensuring a solid and robust structure resistant to acid, alkali, high temperatures, corrosion, and aging.
Precision Nozzle: Utilizes plastic precision nozzles and conical spray devices to ensure even and quick fog distribution, with a long service life and no crystallization.
LCD Touch Screen: Equipped with an LCD touch screen that can be connected to a computer for remote monitoring and operation, supporting language switching between Chinese and English.
USB Interface: Features a USB interface for downloading curves and historical data via a U disk, eliminating the need for a separate recorder (optional).
Internal Control: Spray time can be controlled internally without requiring additional time relays.
Regulated Flow: The flow rate of salt water and the pressure of compressed air are regulated by flow meters and high-pressure valves to ensure uniform salt spray deposition.
Manual Water Addition System: Ensures automatic water replenishment when the water level is insufficient, guaranteeing uninterrupted testing.
Product Application:
Suitable for conducting salt spray tests to assess the corrosion resistance of various materials, including surface treatments such as coating, electroplating, anodizing, spraying, and rust-proof oil.
