L-com's 10gigabit, Category 6a TFDLC6A-BLK line of outdoor, industrial bulk Ethernet cable is designed for extreme applications where rugged, shielded, high-flex cables are required. This made in the USA family of cables features oil, chemical, moisture, weld spatter and ultra-violet (UV) resistant TPE jackets. The jacket is pressure extruded over the cable core, effectively locking the twisted pairs in place and providing extremely stable electrical performance even if the cable is impacted, bent, twisted or flexed repeatedly. SF-UTP double shielded construction with both foil and braid shields gives the cables maximum protection from data destroying EMI and RFI interference. Additional features include special 24AWG stranded conductors and a 600V rating that is well suited for PoE. TFDLC6A series Ethernet bulk is 10gig, Category 6a channel and PoE 802.3 rated for up to 288 feet (88 meters).

TFDLC6A-BLK-1000F has been tested to 1 and 10 million flex cycles at the 10 and 20 times the cable OD and will not break down when exposed to oil based lubricants such as those normally found in an industrial automation environment. The cable is also UL AWM 2463, CM and CMX rated so you don't need to choose between having a verified burn rating and rugged performance. TFDLC6A-BLK-1000F is a 1,000 foot increment of unterminated bulk cable and the jacket color is black. It is fit to be terminated with large OD RJ45, field termination and M12 connectors.

TFDLC6A-BLK style cables are an excellent fit for outdoor networks, industrial and factory settings, high flex and continuous motion use including robotics, transportation, Mil-Tec and harsh environments like oil and gas.
