Solum Wines Mornington Peninsula Chardonnay 2024Single vineyard, handpicked, wild fermentation, french oak maturation(20% new) for 11 months. Partial MLF(roughly 40%). This wine is made with minimal intervention, all movement of wine is slow and gentle using traditional wine making techniques. Lemon balm and nectarine are evident on the nose. The palate is rich and balanced with subtle oak influences accompanied by nougat, lemon and lime with a refined acid drive.
