Meyer Lemon, which is a cross between a true lemon and a mandarin orange, is easy to grow in most regions. Her fruit is yellow and rounder than a true lemon. The skin is fragrant and thin, coloured a deep yellow with a slight orange tint when ripe. They have a sweeter, less acidic flavour than the more common supermarket lemon varieties.

 They thrive in full sunlight, requiring 8-12 hours of direct sunlight per day, preferably from the southwest, whether indoors or outdoors. If this isn’t possible inside, consider investing in grow lights.
