Pulpdent Cavity Liner and Pulp Protector is a premixed liquid preparation of calcium hydroxide methylcellulose that offers three-way protection to the dentin. The liner provides physical protection by permeating the dentinal tubules with calcium hydroxide.

It sets a chemical guard around the dentin by neutralizing acids and irritants in etching gels, adhesives, and restoratives. Cavity Liner stimulates sclerotic and reparative dentin formation by desensitizing dentin and promoting a 25% increase in dentin density.

The unique liquid formulation exhibits bacteriostatic and bactericidal properties.
