M&S Scottish Salmon with a Soy, Chilli & Ginger Glaze Boneless. Flaky Scottish Salmon marinated with an Asian-inspired glaze made of soy, ginger and zingy chilli. Pop the boneless salmon in the oven and cook for 35 minutes. Serve with fresh steamed vegetables and new potatoes. Serves 8.

Cooking guidelines: Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 35 mins. Preheat oven. Remove salmon from packaging. Place glaze sachet to one side. Remove salmon from board and place onto a lined baking tray. In centre of oven. Cook for 30 mins. Remove from oven, pour glaze evenly over the salmon and cook for a further 5 mins. Remove from oven. Using a fish slice at either end carefully lift salmon from baking tray and place onto a serving plate and glaze with cooking juices. Do not reheat.
