Each device is built to exacting standards and carefully inspected prior to shipment. This Lifetime Limited Warranty reflects Drive Medical’s confidence in the quality of its materials and craftsmanship, and our commitment to providing years of dependable service.

In the event of a covered defect, Drive Medical will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear. It also excludes non-durable components, including but not limited to rubber accessories, casters, and grips, which are subject to routine wear and require periodic replacement.
