The colour is a vibrant purple, with juicy plum fruit lifted by some leather and fresh earth on the nose. The palate has mouth coating blue and black fruits with enough tannin and acid to provide a framework for plenty of future development. Liquorice, a dusting of spice and a continuation of the earthen impact seen on the nose gives plenty of interest and character to finish."  Winereviewer.com.au
