Taq 5X PCR Master Mix is a premixed solution containing Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl₂, KCl and reaction buffer at optimized concentrations for efficient amplification of DNA templates by PCR. Simply add primers, template DNA and sterile water to the master mix in order to set up the PCR reaction. Products up to 5 kb can be amplified from templates including genomic and plasmid DNA, bacterial colonies, and cDNA products. As Master Mix is supplied as a 5X concentration format, users should adjust a final reaction to 1X (if final reaction volume is 50Ê_l, 10 _l of 5X Master Mix should be added).
