Please follow these guidelines for your virtual colour analysis.

Send us a high-resolution head-shot where you:

• are makeup-free
• are facing full-spectrum lighting or sunlight
• are against a solid background that contrasts with your hair colour
• or if your hair is coloured, it is wrapped in a white scarf or towel

Also send us photographs from various ages, especially those with your original or natural hair colour.

The accuracy of a virtual colour analysis is based on the photos submitted. We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy, but we will be confident in our analysis. The analysis by Karen and/or her team is final.
