No, Ford plug-in hybrid vehicles (PHEVs) , the Ford Focus Electric Model Year (MY) 2012-2016 and Chevy Spark EV 2013-2016 are not equipped with Direct Current (DC) Fast Charging.
Can l use this adapter at any Tesla Supercharger?

No. This adapter is compatible with upgraded Tesla Superchargers only, such as V3 and V4 Tesla superchargers. Doesn't work with Destination Chargers. Just add your vehicle details to the Tesla app or use Tesla's interactive map to confirm.
Is it normal for the NACS to CCS1 adapter to get hot during use?

The adapter may heat up while charging due to high current. We've optimized materials and processing to keep the temperature rise lower than competitors. It also has overheat protection that stops charging if it gets too hot. Feel free to use it.
