Q: What types of beds can the EZ Adjust Bed Rail be installed on?

This bed rail works with traditional beds, including those with box springs, platforms, or slats. It is not recommended for use with adjustable beds or extra soft mattresses.

Q: What mattress sizes are compatible with this bed rail?

The EZ Adjust Bed Rail fits mattress sizes from Twin to California King with a height between 12 and 16 inches. Do not use with an extra soft mattress. [Click here to learn more.]

Q: Can this bed rail be used on adjustable base beds?

No. For safety reasons, the EZ Adjust Bed Rail should not be used on adjustable base beds.

Q: How does the bed rail attach to the bed?

Warranty

Stander, Inc. Limited Warranty

Stander, Inc. (“Stander”) warrants to the original purchaser that the product will be free from material defects in materials or workmanship for two (2) years from the date of purchase. This limited warranty applies only when the product is used according to its specifications, is non-transferable, and applies solely to the original purchaser.

Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your product has a defect covered under this limited warranty, you must notify Stander in writing during the warranty period. Your claim must include proof of purchase and the product must be shipped to Stander at your expense.

Note: Stander does not cover or reimburse any shipping costs.

If, upon inspection and at Stander’s sole discretion, the product is found to have a material defect in materials or workmanship, Stander will replace the product and ship the replacement to the original purchaser.

Warranty Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover products that are:

1. Damaged during shipment.

2. Altered, modified, or fitted with unauthorized attachments.

3. Installed, assembled, or used contrary to Stander’s instructions.

4. Used for purposes other than those intended or designed.

5. Damaged due to abuse, misuse, mishandling, neglect, misapplication, accident, abnormal use, or improper storage.

Disclaimer of Other Warranties

Except as expressly stated above, Stander makes no other warranties — express or implied — including, but not limited to:

• Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

• Any warranties arising from usage of trade, advertising, course of dealing, or performance standards specific to the country of import.

This Limited Warranty is the full and complete statement of Stander’s obligations, supersedes all prior warranties or representations, and cannot be modified by oral or written statements outside this document.

Limitation of Liability

The exclusive remedy for breach of this limited warranty is the replacement of the nonconforming product.

Under no circumstances shall Stander, Inc. be liable for any special, incidental, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, whether arising from breach of warranty, breach of contract, or strict liability.
