This is the bottom half of a two-part everready case for M-series Leica cameras. The top half is long gone, but this bottom half makes a nice half case. It's designed to fit the M2 and M3; no reason we can see that it wouldn't fit other Leica M cameras, but we haven't tested it. It definitely won't fit the M5. The original built-in strap is included, though like most old leather straps, it's a bit dry and worn, and you may want to replace it with something newer. Leather is in good condition, with some surface wear. Interior flocking has some slight discolouration, as well as a sharpied name. What's the name? You will have to buy it to find out! Don't worry, it's nothing horrible. Camera screw is 1/4".
