If chocolate cake and chocolate fudge had a French lovechild, it would be the Bonpastry Ganache. This is what chocoholic dreams are made of!

Ganache (pronounced guh’-nosh) is a traditional French sauce or pastry filling made from chocolate and cream. We blended the finest Belgian bittersweet chocolate and organic cream with eggs, sugar, and French Cognac brandy to create an altogether decadent dessert.

Inside is a custard-like chocolate cake, coated on the outside with dark chocolate ganache sauce. We recommend serving your Ganache with fresh raspberries and a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon for a plunge into French chocolate heaven.

Serving Suggestions

• If love is in the air, there had better be a Bonpastry Ganache on the plate! A 4” heart-shaped Ganache and two forks is all you need.
