Made with robust heat-tempered glass, the Swiss Diamond 11-inch (28 cm) glass lid offers durable convenience. It is designed for use with the Swiss Diamond Fry Pan, Saute Pan, Stock Pot and Wok - both the induction and standard models. It can also be used as a universal lid for any 28cm cookware body, such as skillets and Dutch ovens. The knob, made of high-quality thermoplastic, contains an adjustable steam vent - simply open or close the vent to release and contain the steam. Oven-safe up to 260 C (500 F). Do not subject the glass lid to a thermal shock, including putting the hot lid into cold water.
