Recommended use: Veeva Sleep Formula is used as a sleep aid. Helps to relieve nervousness (calmative / sedative). Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a sleep aid (in cases of restlessness or insomnia due to mental stress).

Recommended dose (adults): Take two capsules, 30 minutes before bedtime.

Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia).
