Your Hoyer Lift is backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty to ensure confidence and peace of mind. If you experience any issues, simply contact our customer service team. Our specialists will coordinate shipment of the necessary replacement parts—either directly to your home or to an authorized technician. We are committed to restoring your lift to full working order as quickly as possible.

Warranty Coverage — 1 Year

All parts and components of your Hoyer Lift are protected against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover parts that require replacement due to normal wear and tear, nor damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling.

This warranty ensures your lift is free from manufacturing defects. Any intentional or accidental misuse that impacts performance may void warranty coverage.
