The Riverland is a really hot, dry place, planted largely to french varieties like shiraz, chardonnay, and muscat blanc. But actually, grapes from the hot, dry, south of italy are much better suited to growing here - requiring less water (an increasingly expensive resource) and showing unique varietal characters brought out by the South Australian sunshine.

This blend is one of the best to come of Delinquente since they began - light, bright and refreshing red wine - but not lacking in structure thanks to the hardy Negroamaro which makes up a portion of the blend.
