The L-com DMX3M5F-BLK-1 DMX (Digital Multiplex) lighting adapter cable is a communication standard designed primarily for controlling stage lighting and effects. This black digital cable operates at a maximum DC voltage of 30 volts. Our DMX cable allows you to manage the intensity, color, movement, and effects of lighting fixtures, fog machines, and other devices typically used in stage shows, concerts, and architectural lighting.

This DMX cable has a 24 AWG round structure and uses stranded wire for increased flexibility. With a 110-ohm impedance and a single shield for protection, this cable provides dependable performance in a variety of DMX applications. We provide a DMX cable with a type 1 braid shield and a jacket diameter of 0.264 inches manufactured of PVC.

Our DMX lighting adapter cable is a 1-foot wire with a 3-pin XLR male connector on one end and a 5-pin XLR female connector on the other end. It has copper alloy contacts that are silver coated for enhanced conductivity. The nickel-plated bodies are durable, and the molded PVC strain relief offers further protection. This DMX3M5F-BLK-1 cable from L-com functions properly between -20°C and 60°C. This black DMX cable features twisted pair conductors, which are crucial for reducing electromagnetic interference.
