Our Human Whole Blood (peripheral blood) products are sourced from standard blood donations by healthy human donors. The fresh whole blood is drawn using color-coded Vacutainer tubes as required and will be maintained and shipped at room temperature (20 to 25°C, CRT) unless otherwise instructed.

All human blood samples are collected from fully consented, IRB-approved donors who have tested negative for HIV1/2, HBV, HCV, and syphilis. The Whole blood samples can be collected in Vacutainer tubes or blood bags.  K2EDTA tubes are used as the standard tubes, with other anticoagulants available upon request (Na Heparin, sodium citrate, CPT tubes, Cyto-Chex BCT tubes, etc.).

We offer same day delivery service for all San Francisco Bay area customer, and next day delivery for all other US customers.  Please contact us for more details.

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for us to schedule donors. There is no refund for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled blood collection time.
