Cerberus Dual-Ply Sleeves are designed to give your elbows support, compression, warmth and performance. Made from an optimum blend of high quality materials and tough enough to handle anything you throw at them, these sleeves will give you maximum performance. The double layer gives great compression around the joints. This will encourage blood flow through the blood vessels, resulting in less pain and swelling during and after your workout or competition. The elasticated nature of our Double-Ply Elbow Sleeves will vastly improve your strength with ANY pressing movement. Sleeves add warmth, and can increase proprioception (the capacity to feel the position of a joint in space as sensed by the central nervous system). So our sleeves are more than a mechanical support mechanism for the joint, but also used to improve proprioception!

These sleeves are our own unique double-ply polyester blend made to our exact specifications. A huge upgrade on most generic sleeves found on the market.

Sizing

To get your size measure around the middle of your elbow with your arm straight. If you want MAXIMUM compression then choose the size down from your actual measurement, but be aware this will be a VERY tight fit.

Please note: Although this sizing guide is suitable for most users, if you have particularly large biceps or forearms you might wish to go a size up. Extremely tight fitting sleeves should not be worn for prolonged periods of time.
