Bien de Altura is a project based in the old vineyards in San Mateo, the lower is 1100 m altitude, and the highest 1450 m. Everything work in organic, and non so much intervention. Autoctones varieties.

Top line of wines. We are recovering very old vineyards, that look like a jungle at the beginning, we make everything by hand, and are very very special wines, is our objective, recuperate and help our mountains to have more grapes, not fires,  and take our old traditional vineyards. Is very special for me, because is help our islands to keep our history. After 3 years recovering we can launch our first wine. Fermented with 60% whole bunch, and aged for 10 months in used french oak barrels. So mineral and fresh. Is the way to help this places.
