Solum Wines Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir 2024Single vineyard, handpicked, wild fermentation, french oak maturation for 11 months. This wine is made with minimal intervention, all movement of wine is slow and gentle using traditional wine making techniques. The nose is lifted with dried herbs, rose petals and cherries. The palate is medium wieghted with a layered complexity showing rich flavours of mocha, cardamom and ripe red berries. The finish is long with fine tannins and a savory edge.
