This is the first album released by Maiko Okamoto in 1985, and is a masterpiece in the history of 80's idols, a legacy left by the music industry in 1985, a year of abundant idol production. The most important work of Etsuko Yamakawa's works, "Heart's Door" is released in a newly mastered limited paper jacket with many additional bonus tracks including a karaoke version (first commercial release) and single-only songs.
