The lyrics sublimate the frustration, anxiety, romance, anger, and loneliness that surround teenage life into a zany urban lyricism. The fusion sensibility of the Net Generation that blends a wide range of influences from Fifties rock 'n' roll, surf rock, dub, punk, hip-hop, urban beat, soul, and jazz in a self-influenced way, and the matchstick-like freedom to swing from roars of frustration to fragile monologues. His baritone voice is unimaginable from his matchstick-like physique.The band's organic and sensitive musicality has received love calls not only from their native England, which gave birth to beat punk poets such as Ian Dury, the Pogues, and the Libertines, but also from American artists such as Beyoncé and Earl Sweatshirt. Co-produced and mixed by Dilip Harris (Mount Kimbie, Sons of Kemet, etc.), and featuring Ignacio Salvadores (Sax, etc.) and other familiar faces, "Man Alive!
