Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and becomes void upon resale, transfer of ownership, or use by another individual.

• Metal Frame: Limited Lifetime Warranty
• Hand Brake: 5-Year Limited Warranty (Plastic Handle & Cable)
• Non-Metal/Metal Parts: 1-Year Limited Warranty
  (Includes wheels, wheel brakes, hand grips, rubber tips, cable covers, and all other hardware & plastic parts)

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover issues caused by:

• User negligence or misuse of the product
• Failure to follow product instructions
• Normal wear and tear
• Products modified without prior written authorization

Warranty Service

For warranty service, contact the dealer where the product was purchased. If you do not receive satisfactory service, contact NOVA directly at the number provided below.

Please be prepared to provide:

• The nature of the defect
• Product serial number
• Name and location of purchase
• Proof of purchase (receipt)

Important: Do not return any products to NOVA without prior consent.

Limitations & Remedies

Repair or replacement is the sole remedy under this limited warranty. Labor or shipping costs for replacement part installation or repair are not covered.

This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. NOVA shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
