Preparation: Add water. Recommended use: Use alongside or in between meals, as required. Do not exceed maximum number of servings per day: 1 for 1-3 years old; 2 for 4-10 years old. Instructions: Pour 190 ml water into cup and gradually mix in 5 packed level scoops (approx. 50 g).
