Warranty

18 Month Warranty

Your Rhythm product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of eighteen (18) months for the original consumer purchaser. This warranty excludes failures resulting from misuse, negligence, improper storage or handling, unauthorized modifications, and improper operation. Additionally, normal wear and tear, as well as non-durable components like rubber accessories that require periodic replacement, are not covered under this warranty.

Prior authorization is required for any product returns to Rhythm Healthcare. Each product is assigned a unique serial number during manufacture, and removal or defacement of this serial number may void the warranty.
