Warranty & Returns

Med-Mizer Warranty Policy

Med-Mizer, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under the following terms:

• Bed Frame: 15-year limited warranty

• Drive System: 3-year limited warranty

• Wood Components & Casters: 1-year limited warranty

Warranty Coverage

Med-Mizer’s responsibility is limited to supplying replacement parts or, at its discretion, replacing any product determined to be defective. All decisions regarding defects and warranty claims are at the sole discretion of Med-Mizer.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from negligence, accidents, or deliberate misuse

• Improper installation or failure to follow Med-Mizer’s assembly and maintenance instructions

Returns & Conditions

If requested, any product or part subject to a warranty claim must be returned to Med-Mizer’s facility.

Any unauthorized alterations, repairs, or improper use that negatively impacts the product—as determined by Med-Mizer—will void the warranty.

Return Policy – DME Superstore

At DME Superstore, we are committed to providing high-quality medical equipment and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review the following return guidelines carefully before placing your order as this item is non-returnable for one of the following reasons:

• Custom-Made Items:
  Products that are custom-built or made-to-order cannot be returned. Please verify all specifications prior to purchase.
• Order Cancellation:
  Once production has begun on a custom item, the order cannot be canceled.
• Hygiene & Safety Regulations:
  Due to FDA guidelines and health safety standards, certain items are non-returnable, even if unused.
• Installed Products:
  Any item that has been installed or used is not eligible for return.
• Open-Box Items:
  Products sold as “Open-Box” are final sale and non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we recommend refusing the delivery.
• If the item was delivered without a signature and arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact DME Superstore Customer Support right away so we can assist you promptly.
