Did you delete the heater core hoses as you are not using the heater anymore?

If so, in the past, you could weld your water pump hose with a fitting and attach expensive braided hoses to your thermostat housing. Thats a lot of work though, and quite expensive.

We have come up with a perfect solution! We have custom made a silicone 3 ply high pressure hosing that is a perfect fit from the thermostat housing to the water pump inlet. This is not some universal piece of silicone hosing cut to length, as the thermostat housing outlet and water pump inlet pipe are two completely different sizes. Also we custom formed this hose so its nice and smooth, with no kinks. This bypass also comes with two new worm gear clamps for installation.

Note: This will not work with the OEM turbo as there will not be a connection for the water hose for the turbo. This should only be used with aftermarket big turbo's that are oil cooled.
