Andersen 7053 Awning Lock used with Flexivent, Beauty-Line, Strutwall windows.

Installation Instructions:
1. Sash have pre-drilled pilot holes for correct lock location.
2. Position lock so screw holes in housing are located over the pilot holes.
3. Drive screws in the pilot holes first. Drill and drive remaining screws working from center toward end of deflection bar.
4. Close and lock the sash tightly. Position stop in opening with the front edge tightly against sash bottom rail.
5. Secure stop in place with 6d finishing nail.
